I need to return it didn’t fit

On October 26, 2024 I ordered the Diamond Elegant Maxi Dress in white for $41.99. On October 31, 2024, I received and attempted to return the dress due to imperfections of fitting. When doing so, the site has greyed out my opinion for return. The reason being final sale policy. The problem is, I paid full price for this dress and not the final sale price of $27.98. I should not be held to your final sale policy because you chose to reduce the price after my purchase. I am asking you to send me a return label for an exchange. As a long time loyal customer, I feel this is the best business solution. Fashion Nova never gave me a refund and the jewelry is falling off the dress. Cheap! See video on YouTube!!
