too big

Usual Size: M
Color: Burgundy
I’m 5’2 155 and curvy. I usually order mediums, this time I ordered a small and it was too big. I ordered for a wedding that is partially outside in October but I think this will be too hot as well. I only tried it on in the house and I was hot in it. Will be returning
