I got a size smaller and it’s still too big LOL

I’m returning and I might get the XS but idk I wasn’t in love with it anyhow but I’m a true medium and the small was STILL TOO BIG.
Height: 4’11. Weight: 140lbs, Measurements: hip/butt 40in, chest 32DD or 34D, waist I fluctuate between 27.5in-29in. So my general size is a medium.
