Back split and zipper got stuck on first use

Usual Size: Small/medium
Color: Black
I got a size larger than I would’ve because I was scared of the material not being stretchy. I thought it fit perfect till the end of the night the dress split in the back. The zipper would not pull back down. It was a mess.
