True to size IF you want it tight as it’s a compression kind of material. If you don’t want to be entirely snatched, size UP. It’s a thick material (perfect for London weather). 5’3, 36B, 42” hips/bum = size medium for reference. I definitely would not be able to fit in a small so hope that helps.
