I read the reviews saying the boot flops and Eben one that put socks in the heel area to help the fit but I bought them anyway. I have disassembled, repaired and reassembled shoes and boots for years so I thought if there was a problem, I could fix it. I love the boot! I got the pink fur which is more a peachy pink than just pink and it is a good looking boot. The sole is thick which makes it too heavy for the light weighted fur the boot is made of. And that's all the boot is made of too. There is no heel support so your heel slides side to side and off the bottom sole platform. I'm going to open the seam and see if I can attach something to support the heel or even cut out heal supports from another boot and glue them inside these. I really like the boot and the thick platform and not sorry I bought them even with this defect.
