Purchased Lagoon. Name doesn’t fit the color. Electric blue would be more accurate. Not waterproof or flake proof. Comes off right away and you need to use a lot just to see it. Also, the tip is not easy to create a fine and even line. It goes on patchy & trying to fill in the patches is tricky due to the inconsistency of the liquid coming of the brush tip and how it applies onto the skin.
