Purchased the heather grey coat and although the fit was pretty true to size, the color is not was is pictured. I checked the tag to make sure they sent me the right product and it is in fact correct but the coat looked charcoal grey than the lighter heather grey displayed. This is my second time returning an item from this site. Super annoying and inconvenient that they don’t issue refunds.
