I recently ordered this dress and it didnt fit as good as i thought. I’m 5’5” 130lbs and I ordered a small and it was really tight. I have a small bust and it was still too tight. I suggest maybe ordering a size up. The cuff wouldn't stay down. So maybe a size up would have worked.
