I was able to put it on without buttons pulling but it just fits and I like it to be just a little looser. loose.

I read the reviews on here before purchasing and got a size up. I am returning it because it’s almost 2 sizes bigger than an XL. My measurements are 38DD, height 5,1, 187lb, pant size 11. It felt like this dress swallowed me. I tried to use a different belt but it was still too big and even with tightening the belt the extra material was buldgy and gave a hunchback look. I will say it’s cute, matches the picture, material is nice but stick with your size. This dress was above my knees but super wide in size 1x
