I sized down because I know it was stretchy. This fits amazing. I'm a m/L 38c 29 46. Since my boobs aren't big the stitching part is fitted and tight but yet comfortable. For big boobs it would be a problem for sure. I love it, not see through and it's fitted and super stretchy. Glad I sized down. I'm sure M would've still fit but I'm snatched
