I purchased this dress a few weeks prior to my 40th birthday dinner. I was hopeful it would work out because I typically can’t buy items online because size charts can be a bit unreliable. Most of the models make these clothes look very well-fitted and then when you get it and it looks different on you as a differently shaped person. I am 5’0 and 163 pounds, with a fuller stomach. I’m nowhere near as curvy as these models but this dress fit great! I did have to get it altered; I’m a 38-40D and I was definitely skeptical of the bust area but some adjustments to the straps made it work and the “girls” were secure. I had a little more length than expected so the tailor took off a few inches to have it fit better. Overall, I received so many compliments. I have never worn a dress like this but I felt so comfortable and sexy!
