This top looks just like the image, but I’m not sure of the material. It feels like the inner lining of a raincoat or poncho, and has the appearance of...paper mache??? It seems weird, but it is still cute.

i had my eyes on this top for a while, but i sadly don't like it. the material is just plain odd, and it fits kind of loose. i'll be returning it. the all smocked up top is a better smocked crop top, just wish they had it in more colors.
