It is a perfect middle point between casual cocktail dress and semi formal wear. It’s long sleeve for the girls like me who aren’t a huge fan of showing off their arms. It has that corset (not adjustable) that Hugs your figure without being tight on your stomach (I have a big stomach). Comfortable to walk around and comfortable to sit in. It’s long enough to be modest, but not floor length to the point of being overdressed. Looks great with heels or flats. I have this dress in multiple colors. I Highly highly recommend you keep it monochromatic if you’re going for dressy/classy look. Like match your purse, shoes and makeup to the dress for a formal setting. If the aim is more casual, your shoes and bag can be a different color from the dress.
