The arm/shoulder area is cut to where you can’t really lift your arm at all.

I got it in size medium(I’m 5’5, 135lbs) unfortunately could not get it in white but I did get it in black. I love it! My only 2 issues is that it’s a bit short but it is a bit stretchy so that helped when pulling it down. The zipper is bad quality. Keeping in mind It doesn’t fit me tight, the zipper gets stuck.
