Even though it's an oversized top, you will still want to size down.

I'm normally a size 20-22 so I ordered the 3x. Thenshirt was baggy BUT it's also a crop top which isn't readily apparent from the photo on the website. And because they don't accept returns for refunds, I'm stuck with it, since there's no point in me exchanging for something else that won't fit this ADULT plus size body.
