Bought a medium since I’m typically a Nova 7, but these shorts were like a big floppy diaper since they were so big - the fit was similar to generic XL mens sweatpants and so unflattering. Definitely size down a size or three. Shorts themselves seemed to have a lot of stretch and a thick waistband so they seemed pretty good quality though
