I wanted a loose fit so I go a size up

The sweater itself is VERY lovely and I like it a lot. I gave 4 stars because I had to keep pulling the sweater down. I ordered a large because I figured the X-large would be too big in the back and in the sleeves. Previous XL shirts (t-shirts) I've order were oversized and I should have ordered a size down but, this was my first time ordering a sweater so i had to wait and see how it would fit. Sooooo, after trying the large on although it fits and looks nice on me, I think for this sweater going a size up would have been better (for me) only because I don't necessarily wear fitted sweaters at my current weight. Would I buy again in other colors absolutely..... because it's a really nice sweater. But, I will say (and I hope this helps someone), if your chest size is at least 42DD and your weight is 175.....I would suggest an XL unless you prefer fitted. I think I will just order another color in XL and see if that makes the difference. Overall... I LOVE IT, I purchased brown, black, and green and I'm about to order another color now 🙂.
