i'm 4'11, 128lbs. athletic build, 34DD. for size reference. I ordered the 7 and it fits but because they are high waisted and i have no waist, they were not comfortable in the waist band area. They have no stretch so if you have a bigger butt and thighs, there is not give in these. didnt work for me but they are very cute.
