I love the material. The fur is shaggy. Don't know about the neck. But I'll tuck it in.

Looks just the like the picture. Only thing is when I walk it does come up in the back and I had to keep pulling it down all night. The fur does shed a little as well but overall 10/10. Stretchy and form fitting
