Usual Size: Small - Medium
Based on the reviews, I ordered a M. I am 5'4 & 130 lbs. Cup size A-B but I have a wider upper back. The chain that goes across the back did not fit but I removed it and actually used it as the chain that goes around the neck because my boobs didn't fill out the standard chain enough. I only tried this on so I can't say how it holds up dancing/going out. But I do like it!
