I like it but I wish the top had a looser fit in the arms

I’m 5’8”, wear a size 10 comfortably, but the top is waaay too small and too tight! When I took it out the package, it looked like a child’s top! Once I put it on, it def was too tight. The skirt was okay, I read a review where it said the shirt was longer than the picture shows….ummm, no….it’s short. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a cute set but you need to size up!
