I am 5’5 165 32 DDD and 44 in in the butt, waist 28-30 fluctuates. I usually wear a medium but I assumed sometimes the online clothes run small. It fits good in the lower half and the top half could be slightly tighter to wear without a bra. But other than that this dress looks great on! It has a zipper back and is double meshed. It is see through but not enough to cause a scene. 4.5 out of 5

I ordered a large and a large just on case one didn't fit the large was perfect just super short and the large was perfect too but very baggy on the shoulder breastfeeding area.
