My shoulder to shoulder measurement is 16". My bust is a 32A. I'm 5'8". My frame is pretty tiny but I didn't want a super fitted jacket, so I went with a Small. It was perfect and hit me just at the waist. Arms were perfect length. It's thick, sturdy material but will definitely require layering for cooler days. Looks exactly like photo.
