I got a medium. Im a 34DD (38" bust 25" waist 53 kg). The sleeves fall off so what you can do is tie together behind your back the small straps they have for hanging the top in the closet. you tie these up behind your back and the sleeves stay up! The back is stretchy the top part is short and tight so ill get a large.

Very cute on I got a size L I’m a 36DD and I 200 the only thing is the sleeves fall down so frequently but still a really cute top
