I wear a pants size 10, sometimes 12 if its suppsoed to be skinny fit. I couldn't even put this ( SIZE : L ) over my thighs . I tried to pull over my head and it wouldn't even go pass my hips . no stretch also . I had my sister who is size 7/8 try this on and i could BARLEY zip it up she had to squeeze into it .

This is definitely the skirt of the season. Turned many heads with this one. Thinking about ordering the black one too!
