The top is not as sheer when it is on. Now just be careful with the straps. I wore it and snagged it so it snapped. I would reinforce the top bead ends with extra stitching and glue. I have purchased this top twice in this pattern and black. I love it so much I plan to switch out the straps to something more secure. The straps are the only issue but other than that… my bf was obsessed. I paired it with a cute green skirt from FN.
