Purchased this for the bottoms (never wore the top). Cute and fun! The waistband is very stretchy, but tight. I’m 5’8 and they are very long on me. I wear them with chunky shoes. I’ve only dry cleaned, but they would probably be fine in the washer on cold/delicate. Would air dry only.
