I'm glad I took chance on this despite the reviews. So here is the thing not everything it has to be bulky and super big. I thought the coat was fine. It's actually really nice, and I am a stickler When it comes to materials and textiles. It's not super heavy, but I don't believe every coat has to be.I got a medium, and it gave me the oversized look. For reference I am 4'11, 130 lbs , 36C, 29 waist and 42 hips . I'm in between average and athletic. Build. Now keep in mind, it does not take a lot of material to cover me. However I believe someone who is 4'11-5'3 And measurements close to mine would definitely fit a medium, just fine. Honestly, I love the coat so much that I really want to buy it again Just in case, something happens to this one, but i'm not going to do that
