Usually a 1x/2x in bottoms. 1x if it’s stretchy but got a 2x because of the length since I’m 5’10 and all legs. It’s so comfortable and acceptably short lol. And by that I mean at least my but doesn’t hang out. It’s stretchy so if you think you need to go up don’t. But I didn’t mind the extra room

I’m 5’9 196 pounds, got a xl originally and it was too loose. Has a lot of strength and that length was ok. Had to return and get a L but the L is wayyyyy shorter. Still cute
