I love the skirt , on the picture doesn’t look quilted ( I am usually a size Med it’s a little lose from the waist ) but I am not going to pays shipping again to return it . I will keep it . For ref i am 5.4 / 130pounds/ 28 waist and I bought ivory size Med .
