I find there to be very little stretch. For reference, I ordered the Large size, I am 5'8", 200-205 lbs and my weight is evenly distributed throughout my body. I am a CNA and do lots of bending, squatting and moving in general. These don't have much give (stretch) and I feel like they can rip at any moment. The material is thin and breathable but not see-through from what I have seen. If I were to buy another set, I'd consider sizing up so I don't feel like I'm going to bust the seams open with every movement I make.
