Obviously the sleeves take some time to adjust on yourself but I just slipped my arm through & loosened the strings to my liking before actually putting the dress on. That way it was quicker & easier to slide my arms through when I put it on to wear it. It’s worth it in the end though, this dress has tight-fitting, scrunchy, & stretchy material so it hugs your curves nicely. You can tighten the strings in the middle to push your girls together or close the gap too. I love!

it’s uncomfortable the strings are too long & it didn’t get here in 1 business day. No point of paying the extra money.
