if you decide to get these SIZE DOWN, they are extremely big my boyfriend usually wears a size XXL in bottoms (40/32 size in jeans) and I saw comments that they run large so I sized down to a XL and they were still extremely big I’d say size down 2/3 sizes. The pant part is very loose also. They also stretch a lot.
