Cute pajama set. Wear these for postpartum. The only thing I would say is the pants are not that long. I’m 5’3 1/2 and the pants were flooded basically above my ankles a little if the pants were longer these pajamas would be perfect.

The sleeves were too short for me so I gifted this to my sister that's a litter shorter than I am. I'm 5ft 4 130lbs. Lucky I got the medium in Blue and it fit perfectly. I'm usually a medium but since it appears to be a loose fit I got a small in pink. I'd say it's true to size so stick to your regular size
