This too is designed to fit and hold in everything including the pants, so a large fit my 36D cups well but I could see how if your breasts are larger you should upsize because it doesn’t have much stretch & it’s more bandaged. I ended up taking out the nipple covers because they were away at the top and I can’t have those things moving around on me. because it’s so thick and material you can’t see my nipples. I got the full set and it’s cute! 5’6 207 lbs.

The top has bra inserts that are lumpy and have no coverage. If you have a larger chest do not buy.
