I would say size up one size if you want it to be more comfortable or if you have a D cup or higher, and then order your regular size if you have a C cup or lower and prefer it to be more fitted with higher support. I would say this is an almost totally high impact bra but it doesn't have like a super defined booby holder like as underwire works but it's a keeper!
