I'm 5'6" 177 lbs, 38DD, square round hips and busty! I ordered a Medium and it fit nicely but the sleeves would not stay on my shoulders! The back is too open and doesn't support the sleeves staying on the shoulders! I'm going to try a small and see if it helps because the material is super stretchy! I might just add a band in the back to support the shoulders but we shall see! Oh and it matched perfect with the Cream Check On It Sherpa!
