I bought this for Vegas unfortunately I was disappointed that it didnt fit. Must size up Torso is made short and I don’t have a long torso.

I have broad shoulders so I normally order my tops in a medium, since this is a 1 piece I had to get a medium. I could've stuck with a small for it to fit more. So I'll say it's true to size. It's final sale so I have to keep it. For reference I am 5'5 145 pounds, slim with curves. Not really athletic but someone athletic built.
