150lb and 5 4 if you are on the thick side let’s say cup C and up and more than 155 go for a medium. I got a small but I’m a c cup and slim on top. Tight on arms and on crotch could’ve got a medium to be more comfy.

Horrible fitting and i cant return it. Gotta buy another in 1x. It runs sooo small.
