My usual size is a medium, but I purchased a small so you can size down if you’d like I am 5’3 around 160 pounds. Does have a nice stretch to it. The only thing about this item might be the back when it comes to the lettering it could cause some irritation but overall this is a nice sleep shirt.

It was good quality but runs way too large. I’m 5’2 163lbs and ordered a medium but fits like a 2x literally swallowed me!
