I bought these in 42 knowing they were skinny fit and hoped they wouldn't be super tight in the thighs. The waist is a bit bigger than I want but a good trade for crotch and thigh room. Beware, I guess some chemical used gives it a sour-ish smell... like sniffing a jar of miracle whip
