Material feels thin and cheap.

Usual Size: Large
Material feels thin and cheap. The photo looked black and white but pants I received were a grey and white. I liked it being high waisted but it was too long. I even wore shoes with a good height and pants were still dragging on floor. I'm 5'4" and ordered a large.
