I am 5'4, 165 Lbs, size 31 jeans or US 10 in skirts and dresses and the size Large fits well. Great to dress up or down with sneakers and a cute top. I might have been able to do a medium but I do have a little tummy so I didn't want to risk it. Very rich color!! I'm happy with this item!
