First I wanna say this is nothing like the color jade. It is more of a turquoise or dark aqua. One other thing I do constantly other then read reviews is check the product description. Most items that are made of more then 50% cotton I always size up- I happen to not in this set because I hand wash my FN clothes to preserve it's quality and I own another biker short set made up of the same products as another set I bought last year in Medium and it's still the same tight fit as when I bought it. I've purchased lots of biker short sets from FN and they all fit like a M. This M is a different material then my other purchases and so is tighter. It still fits- some stretch- however, I may have gotten a L had I read the description of the material better. Anyway- the color is not jade it is a deep turquoise -BUT IT IS BEAUTIFUL! glad to have this addition for my fall closet
