Odd shaped jeans not impressed

I'm 5'7 147lb and 39" in the hip. The only thing about these pants is that the waist is big. I suggest going down a size. I received them today and it says final sale,so I'm just upset I can't exchange them out. Other than the big waist,they would have been a perfect fit. I'm still giving it a 4 🌟 another thing I like about fashion Nova, is that I received my items within 3 days.
