Soft Neoprone like material. I ordered up in size. It was comfortable and I like the fit. It has a zipper for the skirt but i just put it on without having to unzip since I sized up. The only problem I had is that one side of the bow tore off while I was at my event. A small piece of there’s holds each side of the bow up to keep it from flopping so keep that in mind.
