The top fits but I definitely could not have sized down in that. I usually wear a M or sometimes a L for top and usually a L on bottom. So, the top probably runs a bit small. The bottoms were actually kinda loose and they look weird in the back and aren't very flattering, in my opinion. I will probably wear the top but probably not the bottoms. The top does have pads in it for support.
