I placed an order on 10/23, never received it. I proceeded to cancel it. They told me I would receive a refund within 7-10 business days. FALSE!! I have emailed and called atleast 10 times regarding my refund and have not been able to get in touch with a real person...only an automated response. I am so disappointed as I have never had any problems with FN...DO NOT REQUEST A REFUND BECAUSE YOU WON’T RECEIVE IT.
