For this I'd say size up otherwise the waistband digs in, this lace panty is comfortable but it runs kinda small.

I’m usually small and man these were really small & tight. I thought I’d be able to loosen them with the bra like strap and nope not much room. definitely would recommend sizing up a size or two if you want to wear them as pictured.
